Bike rack for car with spoiler that also fits a girl's bike?

I have a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am SE with a rear spoiler like the one in the pictures below:

I need a trunk mount bike rack that will fit my bike and also fit over the spoiler on my car. Any suggestion?
