Bike rack for full suspension frame
Making a bike rack for my buddy Julian. I miss you man! Trying to fit a rack to a full suspension frame can be tough but I managed to find a cheap and sturdy way to get the job done.... as usual! Total cost including the Jango was about 60000yen and is way stronger than anything I have seen in the stores. It all mounts to factory accessory holes on the bottom of the tail and to the brake caliper mounts. Yea its my fist try at Vegas 9 pro with standard definition footage so bear with the black boarder. My vids should look pretty sharp from now on.

How much weight are you expecting to carry with this rack set up?

@Dwarvenchef Mine can carry 50 pounds, I have done it, so I figure that one I built in the video could handle about 20 – 30. Load it a little at a time and see how it reacts. The bike will handle weird at higher weights but its really useful when bringing home two full panniers of groceries. Yes that includes a six pack of tall cans no lie:P

Stainless is expensive in Japan too. At least the four stainless Japanese shelf supports (6″ x 6″) I just ordered cost me $30 @. Maybe it’s because they’re imported. You think they’d make such things in the U.S.
