www.amazon.com An all-around good, sturdy bike rack. It's slightly less expensive than the other bike racks on amazon. The product comes with all the installation materials. As for the tools, only a screwdriver is necessary, but a wrench will makes things much easier. You won't need any specialized bicycle tools for this. It took me about 15 minutes to install the entire thing and it fits perfectly on my average-sized road bike. I can lift the entire bike(~25 lbs) by the rack without a hitch. I've yet to come across any problems. My one complaint is that the product does not come with any extra screws, which are easy to lose, so you'll have to be careful not to misplace any of them. Also, you can mount a reflector(not included) on the rear of the rack.
